Li Bing

Li Bing, a national third-level professor and chief physician, doctoral supervisor. Director of Urology at Wuhan University Zhongnan Hospital, Director of Urology Reconstruction Center, Executive Deputy Director of the Urology Research Institute at Wuhan University, and a specially appointed expert at Xiao Chuan-Guo Hospital in Shenzhen. Specializes in Neuro-Urology, Oncologic Urology, and Urethral Reconstruction. Studied at William Beaumont Hospital, University of Michigan, USA in 2006-2007. Pioneered single-incision laparoscopic surgery in China. Notable achievements include: 1. Leading international repair surgeries for complex ureteral and urethral strictures with high success rates. 2. First to perform and innovate "Tongue Mucosal Graft Repair for Ureteral Strictures" and combined tongue mucosa/appendix graft bladder muscle flap repair for complex multi-segment ureteral strictures, avoiding the need for intestinal or autologous kidney transplant surgeries for most patients. Led four National Natural Science Foundation projects and three key clinical projects at the provincial and ministerial levels. Awarded the first prize for scientific and technological inventions in Hubei Province in 2008. Won the first prize in the second Urology and Andrology - Guinness Innovation Competition in the Central-South region in 2019, and the national second prize.
Hou Teng

Hou Teng, a medical doctor, associate chief physician, associate professor, and master’s supervisor. In 2009, he received a national scholarship to study at New York University School of Medicine for a year. Currently serving as the Director of Urology at Shenzhen University Affiliated South Hospital and Deputy Director of the Urology Research Institute. Previously worked at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center and Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Hospital Urology Department. Specially appointed expert at Xiao Chuan-Guo Hospital in Shenzhen. Expertise: Specializes in minimally invasive laparoscopic and endoscopic techniques in urology, gynecologic tumors, urological tumors, and stones. Achievements: Third place in the 2021 National Young Experts Alliance "Kidney Gladiator" Urological Laparoscopic Surgery Video Finals, and first prize in the 2019 Second Hubei Medical Association Urology Branch Young Group Surgery Video Competition. Led two National Natural Science Foundation projects, and in recent years, authored 15 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author.

Deputy Director of Urology at Wuhan University Zhongnan Hospital, and Deputy Director of Clinical Medical Research in Minimally Invasive Urology in Hubei Province. Specially appointed expert at Xiao Chuan-Guo Hospital in Shenzhen. Expertise: Urological tumors, upper urinary tract reconstruction, minimally invasive urological techniques. Sponsored by the National Scholarship Committee in 2010 for studies at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital. Achievements: Led three National Natural Science Foundation projects, one Hubei Provincial Natural Science Foundation project, and won second prize in the Hubei Provincial Natural Science Award. Vice Chairman of the Immunology Committee of the Hubei Province Urology Society; Executive Committee Member of the Chinese Society of Andrology Urology Branch. Published over ten SCI papers as first or corresponding author, with some in journals like European Urology, Molecular Cancer, and Eclinical Medicine.

Li Lulu, a medical doctor. Licensed Physician in the United States/International Medical Doctor (certification in progress). Currently serving as the Director of Reproductive Medicine Subspecialty in the Urology Department at Shenzhen University Affiliated South Hospital. Specially appointed expert and partner at Xiao Chuan-Guo Hospital in Shenzhen. Technical expertise: Visiting scholar at the UPMC Magee Women’s Hospital, affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on the isolation and cultivation of human spermatogonial stem cells. Previously worked for over 10 years at the Reproductive Medicine Center, Union Hospital, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, serving as the head of the Andrology Department. Holds positions as a youth member in the Chinese Society of Andrology Male Reproductive Medicine Branch, the Hubei Province Reproductive Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and the Hubei Province Reproductive Health Medicine Branch. Published 9 papers as the first author and authored "Application of Assisted Reproductive Technology in Infertility."
